BACKYARD BASKETBALL WORKOUT
Watch the videos and take notes for each day's workout before you begin or set-up you device outside with you.
After you get familiar with the workouts they should take between 45-60 minutes if you are working hard.
When I was putting together this workout, there are a couple of different ways you can work through it. You can do a different workout each day or you can do the same workout for a week.
If you don't have a hoop, pick out the things in these workout that you don't need a hoop for.
If you don't have a ball, pick out the things in this workout that you don't need a ball for.
If you don't have an hour, pick out what you need to work on and make your own workout.
